This is an annual membership program with a 12-month term starting on day on day of sign-up. This is a discount program and is not dental insurance.

Included services are routine cleanings, check-ups & x-rays. Applicable discounts include whitenings, teeth straightening & all restorative procedures. In order to be eligible you must have no active dental insurance. If you cancel prior to the end of your subscription there is a 6 months cancellation fee.

This subscription is non-transferable & non-refundable. All charges will done on a monthly basis, there is a credit card required for sign up due to the auto payment nature of this subscription. Please note, dntl bar does not store credit card information. This is not an insurance product.
